A Group for a Government will enliven the evolutionary power of Natural Law in collective consciousness to maintain positive and healthy trends in every area of commercial and individual life. This will eliminate the need for hard work in order to achieve prosperity and progress because Natural Law always works through the principle of least action, which promotes maximum accomplishment with minimum effort on the basis of infinite creativity. The influence of orderliness generated by the self-referral performance of this group will bring the support of Natural Law to workers and businesses, with the result that their good fortune - a significant factor in business success - will improve.

Stimulating the economy through solving problems at their basis

The Natural Law Party's cost-effective solutions to the nation's problems has the potential to save the nation over 108 billion per year within our first term of office, allowing the government to balance the budget and cut taxes significantly. This will propel the economy into a strong growth phase and will create millions of new jobs, thus putting an end to unemployment and declining standards of living.

Developing the full creative potential of managers and workers

The Natural Law Party government will also develop our most precious and under-utilised national resource - the unlimited creative potential of our 58 million citizens.

We will introduce study and research of consciousness into schools and businesses to awaken the inner creative genius of every individual and educate and train everyone how to achieve perfection in their profession.

Every manager and worker will enjoy high productivity, increased creativity, increased job satisfaction, and improved relations with co-workers. These programmes also eliminate the stress caused by routine work, improving health and enjoyment of life. The increased productivity shown to occur from Natural Law Party programmes will reward employers with higher profits, strengthen the domestic economy, and make Britain more competitive and successful in international markets.

Maximising wages and fulfilment

While a minimum wage is very important, what is more important is maximum fulfilment. Employers, workforce and trade unions together should create a working environment which is ideal in every respect, taking care of employees' job satisfaction, health, welfare and safety, and decreasing the number of working hours. Companies will be offered tax incentives to implement proven prevention-oriented health care measures, such as Transcendental Meditation and the other essential aspects of Natural Law Party health policy described in the section on Health. This would reduce employers' costs and improve profits, enabling employers to maximise wages for the workforce.

Improving benefits for workers, the unemployed, and the retired

We will supplement the monetary benefits of social programmes for the retired, the unemployed, the sick, the disabled, and the poor with programmes to enliven the individual's full creative potential. Unemployment benefits will also be supplemented by programmes to nurture creativity and self-sufficiency. The unemployed will be given the opportunity to give service in areas of general good for the community.

Increases in pensions will be supplemented by programmes to ensure the continued good mental and physical health, well-being, and happiness of the retired. These programmes will bring fulfilment to the role of the elderly in society.

• Shorter work hours: The ideal is that every company should have a six-hour working day. Our economic system should promote greater happiness, wealth, and wisdom for everyone in society and not leave the whole population tired and stressed every evening, without time to really enjoy life.
• Working closer to home: Our work force gets exhausted just from commuting, even before they get to work. We will support all means to allow people to work closer to their home.
• Lower taxes, and a greatly simplified tax system: The Natural Law Party government will lower taxes and introduce a one-tax system. We will make the tax laws so simple that any citizen can understand them without assistance from a lawyer or accountant.
• Life-supporting, healthy, dignified jobs: All work should produce something that is beautiful or useful. The Natural Law Party government would encourage productive, dignified employment in life-supporting, nourishing industries.
• Mothers at home: It is a strain both on mothers and on their children for mothers to work outside the home. The mothers become tired and stressed, and the children are weakened. This may lead to ill health, drug abuse, and crime. The Natural Law Party will create an economic climate where it is unnecessary for mothers to work outside the home. • Improved industrial relations: Harmonious industrial relations require both employers and employees to appreciate and accommodate each others' needs. As long as stress prevails in the workplace, awareness will be restricted to immediate and short-term issues with self-interest dominating. The Natural Law Party government will eliminate stress in individual and national consciousness through highly effective, scientifically proven stress-reduction programmes. This will promote health, harmony, and cooperation in the workplace, bringing an end to the friction and suspicion between workforce and management that have long hampered economic growth.
