Creating a perfect government through A Group for a Government is based upon the discovery by both modern science and ancient Vedic Science of the Unified Field of Natural Law - the Constitution of the Universe.

Both understandings, modern and ancient, locate the source of Nature's perfect order in a single self-interacting field at the foundation of all the Laws of Nature. This field sequentially creates from within itself all the diverse Laws of Nature governing life at every level of the manifest universe. The quality of government depends on the quality of the national Consciousness. A disintegrated national consciousness creates a disintegrated and ineffective government. An integrated national consciousness will create an integrated and successful government

Because this absolute system of perfect administration exists at all levels of the hierarchy of the universe, any government can now achieve perfection in its administration simply by aligning itself with the Constitution of the Universe, and gaining the support of its infinite organising power.

This is now possible because of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's discovery that the Constitution of the Universe - the Unified Field of Natural Law - is accessible to everyone in their own self-referral consciousness, Transcendental Consciousness.
