Pollution-free transport for a
healthy environment

"TODAY WE ARE DAMAGING our environment and our health at a historically unprecedented rate due to our short-sighted approach to transport. Only the Natural Law Party has an integrated plan to resolve this problem on all levels while fully supporting human health and happiness.

The Natural Law Party will promote pollution-free transport. We are committed to the rapid development of alternatives to petrol, diesel, and pollution-generating sources of electric energy.

We will promote community developments that integrate housing, buisness and leisure activities, thus minimizing the need for travel and fostering greater social cohension.

Our transport policy is closely linked to our policy on National Planning and Reconstruction - a long term strategy that fully respects Natural Law.

With appropriate safeguards, we will support rail privatisation and encourage greater use of the railways especially for the transport of freight.
