Only Natural Law can create a united Europe of sovereign nations, just as Natural Law strengthens every cell and every organ in the body while maintaining the integration of the whole body. Only the invincible evolutionary power of Natural Law can promote the tendencies, wishes and needs of each country at the same time as supporting the collective interests of the Union as a whole.
