LATEST NEWS

Please note that the Natural Law Party is no longer registered as a political party in the UK - see press statement below. However, the leaders, candidates, and supporters of the Natural Law Party are now active implementing directly the programmes and policies of the Natural Law Party. Please see website Global Country of World Peace - Great Britain for latest news on these activities.

The contents of this website is a record of the activities, manifestos, and statements of the Natural Law Party from its foundation in April 1992 until January 2001. The universal principles of Natural Law-Based Administration outlined in this website still represent the platform for ideal, problem-free, prevention-orientated government that we would advise every political party in the UK to adopt.

NATURAL LAW PARTY ANNOUNCES DECISION NOT TO FIELD CANDIDATES IN FORTHCOMING GENERAL ELECTION IN THE UK
Party leaders, candidates and members to focus on implementing Natural Law Party programmes in health, education, agriculture, administration, business and industry, architecture, law and order, and defence

STATEMENT FOR THE PRESS
London, 12 January 2001:
The Natural Law Party has announced that it will not field candidates in the forthcoming general election or any other elections in the UK, although party leaders and candidates will continue their activities to create Natural Law based administration.

Party leader Dr Geoffrey Clements said: "In the past eight years, since we formed the Natural Law Party, our policies have been very much appreciated by politicians, the public, the media and professionals in all fields, but the system is really stacked against new parties and we don't get the media coverage or the votes. Now, instead of standing in elections, our candidates will focus fully on what they have been doing all along, which is to implement directly the powerful Natural Law programmes that the party promotes to create an ideal society. They will continue to work with leaders in all areas and to reach all sections of the community. The objective remains the same: To resolve problems and promote peace, progress and prosperity for everyone." He added that the Natural Law Party is taking the same approach in all of the 80 countries where it is active.
