As we have seen in the previous panels, the infinite diversity of our ever-expanding universe is being kept perfectly integrated and unified by cosmic intelligence from the Unified Field of Natural Law, the Constitution of the Universe (see panel 1: levels 1-3 of the Hierarchy of Government).

Now with a group of Yogic Flyers it is possible for any government, through a scientific approach, to harness this enormously unifying power of Natural Law.

This will create a unified and harmonious national consciousness, which will in turn give rise to a perfect government free from problems and failures, and will ensure positive and evolutionary trends throughout society, thus bringing fulfilment to the constitution of the United Kingdom.
