Reconstruction of Britain's major cities according to Natural Law: new project

Maharishi Global Development Fund is launching a campaign to rebuild the cities of the world according to Natural Law, using the ancient Vedic Science of Vastu Vidya which pays particular attention to the orientation of buildings. The plan includes London and other major cities in the UK.

The president of the fund is David Morgan, who has been successfully handling the £17bn assets managed by the London financial organization M&G, first as its managing director and more recently as its Chairman. Mr Morgan was the first westerner to learn Transcendental Meditation, from Maharishi, 40 years ago.

The target of the fund, which was launched earlier this month with a starting capital of $400m, is to have assets of $100 billion within just a few years.

People do not generally know that the orientation (north, south, east, west) of residential and office buildings contributes a great deal to success and progress in professional life; and health, happiness, and fortune on the individual level. A considerable amount of ill health, misfortune, and suffering, due to negative influences created by inauspicious buildings, can be eliminated by living and working in properly constructed and oriented homes and offices.

Maharishi Global Development Fund promotes construction according to Natural Law, which takes into account the orientation of buildings in view of direction-north, south, east, and west. This knowledge—known as Sthapatya Veda or Vastu Vidya, in the Vedic tradition of India—has recently been brought to light for its supreme practical value by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Recent research has also shown significant changes in the functioning of the neurons in the human brain, depending on which way the person is facing.

The main purpose of the Maharishi Global Development Fund is to create ideal housing—ideal homes and offices, ideal towns and cities—throughout the world including schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, health centres, medical colleges, administrative buildings, and industrial training and production buildings.

In this way, ideal education, ideal health care, and ideal administration, can be housed in proper buildings built according to Natural Law, so that each building contributes its maximum to support and fulfil every activity of the owner.
